For me, I function better when I eat normally. That is my main motivation. I see a marked difference in my mood, my life, my presentation, when I start restricting. It consumes me when it takes a hold. I realized how much I hate being controlled by something and how enjoying life at the moment was worth so much more. My life revolved around how I was going to "appear" to be eating when I was with others for too long, it is hard work! I don't really have any great advice, but for me it was looking at what I was doing to myself that snapped me out of it. I was not healthy and I want to be healthy. I want to be "normal" in every way, that is probably my biggest motivator. Racer, you still have that motivation, you just need to find it again, it's there. Sometimes we get knocked off course and we have to find our path again. Are you under more stress then usual?
