Dr Steinhauer posted this way back when. You have to dig a bit, but go to the portfolio, then choose before/after. It shows what the pictures looked like before the "magic" was done to them. Imperfect skin, squiggly thighs, etc.
It kinda helped me, but then again -- I've done that sort of thing myself, so it didn't surprise me much...
