If technically you are at a healthy weight, but you're still not happy with your figure, it seems that exercise is what you need, rather than a diet. It could be that all you need is a little healthy muscle tone to change your figure into something that you're happy with. I suggest this because everyone needs exercise - even people that are in "perfect shape". There's no need to overdo it though - that could be counterproductive.
