Ive gained 10 lbs over the last year, but my bmi is 21.6. But I dont like how I feel. I want to be = or <20.
This is a 2 part question..
What is the best range for us to be in the bmi?
Also this weight gain seems to be because of healthier eating habbits. hmmm, so what Im wondering is what can I eat that is jammed pack full of vitamins, antioxidents, calcium, protein etc. That isnt a huge quantity of food? I want to eat for nutrients, and avoid food I dont like or need.
Does eating flax seed everyday suppliment some other food group?
any suggestions?
