Nope. It won't.

Not eating, no matter what supplements you take, deprives your body of things like protein, carbs, and fats. Aside from things like the lack of protein causing your body to start "eating" your internal organs if it goes on long enough, and the lack of carbs keeping you from being hydrated, and so on, the lack of fat will really do you in, looks wise: your skin will get dry and flaky -- imagine having dandruff all over your face? NOT pretty. My hair fell out, too, in big handsful. I lost probably half the hair on my head, and ended up getting my nearly waist-length hair cut short because of it. My arms and legs burned, because the skin was so dry; and I did have that flaking skin on my face, which nothing would help.
Probably the worst was when I started getting hair on my face -- like old-fashioned mutton chop whiskers. Think about it: losing the hair on my head, and growing hair on my face! NOT pretty.
I hope that you'll talk to your therapist or doctor about this. Don't let it go on, because it will take over your life if you let it.
