God, I feel so bad for pushing this other site to people. BUT Something Fishy does have answers on it's dicussion forum. If you don't want to go there, I will go and ask for you. I know there are exercises that they do in IP programs ... the good IP programs.
If your hip bones are showing and you have put on a lot of weight then you must have been skeletal to begin with. What was your BMI before you started treatment? And how much has it changed?
Is this body image problem preventing you from following your meal plan? Is there anyone on your treatment team who could help you with this?
I'm sorry, I just don't know who you have on your team. I know that most people would think that their psychologist or therapist would be the person to help. But often I have heard that the nutrionist is the one. Do you have a nutritionist?

I'm sure that there are great treatment models for this, but I don't have access to them, so that doesn't help me much. Has anyone had any good treatment for this sort of thing? Can you tell me about it? And about how well it worked for you?
