Looking in the mirror is a nightmare for me. My image of myself is totally distored. I know that I am overweight and if there is a margin of being acceptably overweight then that would be me. Yet I see an elephant. Not a person who needs to lose 15kg.

I am also having a gargantuan fight with my arms. They're the size my thighs used to be!

Ugh!

I know how you feel. For me it never ends.
