To use Racers culinary terms for books..

I'm currently deeply involved with "Kitchen Confidential". Its wonderful. Its briliantly written, and makes you feel like you're being gossiped to.. along with some great cooking tips.

Its currently a big hit at another board I use for its trashyness, but nourishment..

OK, so you may never eat in another restaurant (or atleast only on tuesdays wednesday and thursdays), but its great!!
