I've lately gotten into the habit of passing on books that I've enjoyed, held on to forever (like moved house with 4 times or more) but haven't bothered to open up again. I give them to people I know whom I think might enjoy them, and so far they've been delighted, my bookcases have been lightened, so I can fill'em up again.
It's kind of cool.
