Dinah,

just near my office is a "talking book shop" and I was actually really suprised at the wide number of books available.. I don't think, of the books I have read this year, that any *weren't* available as audio books!!

I have the Jasper Fforde Thursday Next series on CD - "the Eyre affair" is the first, and hilaroiusly brilliant.. And Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy radio series which is even more hilarious..

I think your son would probably enjoy the "Artemis Fowl" series on audio book - I *love* them *G* And they're perfect for his age group - and about a naughty but genius boy and faires and goblins and the like.. *G*
