psychotherapy textbook?

Can anyone reccomend a good psychotherapy textbook? One that explains the theory behind different types of therapy (especially existential, humanistic, and different varieties of psychodynamic).

The chunkier and more info packed the better.
A good bibliography or reference list for further reading is helpful too.
