I broke down yesterday and bought it to read now *l*

I'd finished the book I was reading (a MUST read ofr "his Dark Materials" fans.. Its "the Science of Philip Pullmans His Dark materials" (nope, its not finding it!! maybe its only in UK so far and this links to US Amazon.. here's UK link http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0340881593/ref=sr_aps_books_1_1/202-3926679-9295846..) Its aimed at mid teen probably, but damned I enjoyed it.. Now my poor brain is trying to understand infinity and other quantum mechanic kinda stuff.. Its really given me anew interest *l*

Anyway.. so I finished the book on my journey, get off the tube (the underground trains here in London) and it was snowing.. so I *had* to take shelter in the books shop *grins* And nothing leapt out and grabbed me, so I bought "House of Sand and Fog"

Gonna start it in about 45 mins when I get in the bath!!

Thanks for the other heads up.. I shall look it out (I've added it to my reading list in the back of my diary!!) I will read ALOT while on holiday (I'm off for a month!), so want to take 5 books with me to last the first 2 weeks.. then I know I will swap books with other people, and theres a book exchange place 100 yards from where we stay!

Will keep you updated as to how I enjoy the book!!

Nikki x
