Synaesthesia

Can anyone recommend a good book(s) about natural synaesthesia ? My own (admittedly very general)inquiry has turned up only information about subsyndromal epilepsy, manic phases of BP and synaesthesia as an effect of hallucinogens, SSRIs, etc.
Anyone know of any informational books or studies of non-epileptic, non-BP, 'synaesthetes' : born with natural and constant synaesthesia?
