>Hi. That's exactly what happened to me, although I ordered a bit later than November 22nd. If they had been honest about not having it in stock, I could have had time to go elsewhere and try to find the items. Instead, up until two days before Christmas, they assured me the items were "in stock." Then, the day before Christmas, they sent an e-mail saying the items were on back order. I was furious! The items finally arrived in mid-February!! I'm sure they lie about availability just so customers won't go elsewhere. The other mistake they made was sending the wrong item to a friend of mine. I had ordered a dog calendar for her, and they sent an astrology calendar!! I guess they hire a lot of temporary help right before the holidays, and they aren't properly trained.
