hello
i'm a technical writer, so i'm professional, but it's not necessarily interesting.today i wrote a troubleshooting guide for a piece of software.
over the last week i wrote some articles on office policy and procedure.
the week before i wrote a user's guide.
oh yes, and i shan't forget the training course.
when i get home i'm so tired from writing i just can't use the shift key :p
