Kiddo's list is just a summary of books that were already suggested in more detailed posts. I think that kind of information belongs in the posts nominating, supporting or objecting to the individual books. And if it's missing that is probably where you should make your request. I agree that its probably a good thing to remember to include in those nominating threads and I'll try to remember in the future.
