Can 5-HTP improve brain fog?

Hey guys. I am off the Trazodone since June 18th. I feel that I get some brain fog and I can't focus as well as I could before. I think I will ditch the ramaining 18mg of Venlafaxine on 18th July and then I want to jump in with the 5-htp.

So a lack of Serotonin transmission can cause brain fog? Because why else would Trazodone have helped it?
