Vitamin B6/P5P Dosage?

Hey guys, I hear this is good for Serotonin. What is a good dosage? I get 10mg P5P and 15mg B6 through supplements. Would I benefit by adding another 10mg of P5P?

Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 225mg
Blueberries!!! and Orthomolecular
