alpha lipoic acid (ALA)

its back in my protocol, after a long absence. 1200mgs/daily, usually AM, more or less empty stomach. and...

no major effects to report, just some mild stimulation, no jitters. my hope is to keep the weight gain from abilify in check. apparently, there is a small amount of OK data on such a use, at 1200mgs/daily. fingers crossed...
