Any supplements help? Zinc, B12, Turmeric, DHA etc

I have read research articles on the all the above possibly helping with depression. Re Omega-3's, most past studies found high EPA better than DHA, but a recently published study found high DHA alleviated anxiety whereas high EPA did not.

Who has tried any or all of these, and effects?
