200mgs tablets. I take 2 at night, no doses during the day. So far...so good :-)
I was getting some weird anxiety, probably because my doc decided to dose my wellbutrin at 400mgs/day, up from 200mgs/day. The 5htp seems to have calmed me down a tad, and my mood is better..not euphoric, also not apathetic. Studying is easier.
My only complaint is that time release is kinda $$$, relatively speaking, compared to other 5htp preparations. I just don't want to do 3x daily dosing, and I hear there can be stomach upset involved with other preparations, which is definitely something I'd like to avoid.
Any 5htp fans out there? How do y'all dose it? What's your dose?
