It works if taken on an occasional basis. It is not very powerful and never works for more than a day. It is not a solution to chronic, generalized anxiety/insomnia. I take it in a rotation with other supplements to maximize effectiveness. It is also difficult to obtain and expensive. I buy it from a supplier in China that I found on Alibaba.
