She is taking Zopiclone and all the time people tell her what to do... Its quite annoying.
I gave her Lithium Orotate but she read she shouldnt take it and i also offered her my Magnesium since it doesnt do squat for me.
It seems to me that the "natural sleep aid" market is pretty slim at best. Antidepressants yes, sleep aids hmm..
