>Thanks, Hugh. I currently take 400mcg of metafolin but I'm going to try increasing to 800mcg. I've actually never tried the methyl version of b12 and plan on switching to that as well. When I first started 1000mcg of b12 I really noticed an increase in energy but that seemed to fade.
