I find it confusing also. Potato starch made me feel tired, and Bimuno makes me feel better and doesn't drive down my blood sugar. Chromium is supposed to help hypoglycemia, but it makes me feel worse. Seeing a doctor is a good idea. It could be something else is wrong.
