> I've been watching some more of it (it's three hours long). It makes many good points. It reminded me of what happened to a good friend of mine when he went to the doctor, complaining of low energy, slowed thinking, low mood. The doctor diagnosed depression, and my friend agreed with the diagnosis. My friend was prescribed Pamelor, which he stopped taking because it caused suicidal ideation. Then he was prescribed Paxil, which didn't help. My friend's wife noticed that he would sometimes stop breathing while sleeping, so she made him go to a sleep lab. They hooked him up to some senors and had him go to sleep. They woke him up after four hours, told him he had severe sleep apnea, and gave him a CPAP to wear for the rest of the night. He woke up in the morning, and his depression was gone. It's been gone ever since, thanks to his CPAP.
Hugh,
that is a very compelling story.. I have several things wrong with my nose. And i have some apnea as well.
I am thinking about the Surgery!!
