I just wanted to let you know that I think it's great that you're doing well with the orthomolecular regimen that you're utilizing alongside your medication regimen. It certainly sounds like the supplements that you're taking are contributing positively to your well being, and I wish you continued success with everything that you're doing treatment wise.
I might very well add in some of the supplements that you're taking to my own regimen, but for the time being, I'm waiting to see what kind of long-term effect vitamin D3 (alongside the niacin and Abilify that I've been taking) will have on my symptoms. So far, I've been noticing mostly good things from the vitamin D3, but I think that it will be some time before I'll be able to say for sure that the vitamin is doing some long-term good (or no long-term good, depending on what happens). And at that point, if I think that more supplements along the lines of what you're taking might benefit me, I will certainly try them.
At any rate, I wanted to acknowledge your post and say that it's encouraging to hear about the results that you seem to be getting from your regimen. Take care, and best wishes.
