I have a pretty consistent base regimen of supps: chia oil, grape seed, rhodiola, gingko, multi, and phenylalanine for the day, melatonin and magnesium for night. While that has kept me pretty stable (I don't take meds anymore), I've been looking for something that comes as close to zoloft as possible without the sides. I took it for a while and felt great but then it pooped out and I grew a bit disassociated. So I tried a couple of things that I have tried before, only I suppose I was still detoxing from the zoloft/klonopin I was on and had a different reaction. Anyway, I got powdered forms of TMG (trimethylglycine) and inositol andin conjunctionI get a very zoloft-type of experience. It's been a week so far. Strangely, the first time I took TMG, it was in pill form and I felt nothing, maybe even a little bit "down." Now I definitely get a buzz from it. Inositol pills made me irritable before, now with the powder, it makes me feel relaxed and happy. I suppose it's also a bit of a lexapro experience. A bit up and smooth, not quite as "stoned" as prozac made me. Anyway, it's working for me now!
