Gastrodin anyone?

Its probably too early, but i seem to be better and less suicidal.

This weekend including yesterday was VERY suicidal. Yesterday i started Gastrodin (BrainShield) and i feel better.

I actually feel like doing something (other than killing myself).


I hope it will stick.


Sigi, what can you (or sb. else) say about effectiveness for mood?
