> How about not taking Kratom and trying Glycine? :)Sarcosine gave me hardcore akathisia as well so I stopped. I am very curious about Glycine but am nervous as I hear some say it can cause depression. Check out my post on it a few posts up from this. As far as NAC goes my doctor had me raise my dose 600mgs a week so ultra slow. Not sure if that would be any different but he said the body takes a bit to adjust to it.
Okay i may try it again. But first i want to get onto a decent MAOI.
I don't know how it works but I hear that N-Acetylglucosamine is phenomenal for anxiety and mood. Check out reviews of it on various supplement websites. Seems to be an anti inflammatory of some sort.
Interesting. Do you have links to those reviews?
Im not trying Kratom as an antidepressant. More for recreational purposes for increased talkativeness in social settings and for pain-killing during hair removal procedures.
Im not a fan of misplaced body hair at all. And man, waxing hurts like sh*t.
Schizo-affective
700mg Seroquel
10 mg Zyprexa
15mg Remeron
1500mg Metformin
600mg NAC
2000mg Vitamin C
