Benzos are pleasant, usually. But, in me, they cause depression and cognitive problems. Plus, they don't work against the significant, psychotic-level agitation I've experienced before. Long term use seems hit-or-miss with a lot of people.
Anyway, Orthomolecular has been an absolute godsend for me and for those who care about me. For about $100/month, I get relative stability, fewer meds, and no major medication side effects. Works quite nicely on a number of different health issues, too.
