Have you tried any Shaklee? I feel their brand is superior. I went off it years ago. But think I should get back on them. I feel you should do whatever you need to do to help your Son. Autism has so many forms. And to combine it with lymes must be very confusing. At age 20 it also must be challenging to care for him. I do wish you luck. Phillipa
