Thanks for sharing this! Could you tell me a little about how you came to the individual doses? Did you start low and basically titrate up to whatever you could tolerate? How does the taurine help you? What form of vitamin C do you take, is it a powder that you can mix? I wouldn't want to have to swallow 10 big vitamin C every day! thanks
