Anything against nightmaires?

All i get is BAD dreams.. like world war 2 getting killed several times type dreams. (Im not a veteran). Murder, rape and violence and nothing but that in my dreams :/

Kinda distressing.

Schizo-affective
Seasonal-Affective
Social Anxiety
some PTSD
some Inattentive ADS
300 Seroquel, 1200 Acetylcystein
40-50 mg Parnate
Contemplated: Prazosin for nighmaires
