Nutrients for depression

I have schizophrenia, and a lingering problem for me is the social anxiety and depression, but I have put a list of the specific nutrients that have helped me in combination with my medication:

Vitamin B1
Vitamin B2
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B12
multivitamin daily
Vitamin E
Vitamin C
Selenium 100mcg
Fish oil 1,500mg
Borage oil 1,300mg
Magnesium citrate
melatonin 1mg for sleep
Taurine 500mg occasionally for situational anxiety

I won't give dosages on the B vitamins b/c they are different for everyone. You have to experiment a little.

The medications I take are Risperdal, Zoloft, and Lamictal.
