I used to take this about 15-20 years ago. It did contain cinnibar which contains mercury. My tcm person had said had I lived in China, they'd have me on lots of mercury :-/

I think this has now been removed from all US formulas. But you could see if Zhu sha shall is listed. I think that is in the 'dan' part of the name. I think 'dan' means pill (not sure) and that the bolus is rolled in the cinnibar preparation.

I'm sure this has been changed. Plum Flower brand does not list this ingredient.

My tcm person then used to fret about me getting the mercury. I remember it was a great aid for me.

I'd like to know if this has changed.
