australia study ADHD used 16grams fish oil

Posted by torrid on June 23, 2011, at 16:00:06

Studies I've read all used 10-20 grams high ratio epa:dha fish oil. the austalia study used a product called eye q and they used 16gm. from my reading I'm getting the picture that it's more about ratio between the fats in our diet when it comes to health benifits. the ratio of vegtable oils from processed foods to omega's, the ration of omega's3:6, ratio 3:9 and ratio of epa:dha. I think 2 capsols of omega mood in someone who eats no processed foods may be like 10 capsols in a fast foods gunky. any one following my thinking? Am I on to something?
