Improved Regimen for depression

This is my new regimen starting two months ago for depression in addition to my medication:

200mg B6 during the day
200mg B1 (100mg morning and night)
50mg B2 at bedtime
fish oil and borage oil during the day
375 micrograms of B12 during the day
750mg per day of GABA--helps depression/anxiety
50mcg of selenium day and at bedtime
500mg each of magnesium and calcium at bedtime
200IU of vitamin E in the morning and 400IU at bedtime

This is a strange one, but for some reason it helps my depression: 1,000mg of Tylenol at bedtime only. Could be placebo effect; I don't know for sure.

That's it. Also, Exercise. And a small cup of coffee in the morning doesn't hurt either.
