just a little update on my situation now. after being off the fish oil for a while my anxiety and depression returned full strength. i decided a few weeks ago to go back to taking it as the benefits for me far outweigh the drawbacks. i am being very careful to avoid anything that i know interacts badly with it. my depression and anxiety have subsided considerably since going back on FO. im a completely different person with it. i just really hope it keeps working for me.
