Black Cohosh dosage

My perimenopausal symptoms were relieved and now they are back.

For those taking Black Cohosh for Perimenopausal symptoms are you taking it every day or taking for about 21 days then 7 days off then repeating?

I take 540mg of Nature'w Way - that's the Black Cohosh Root.

I began taking Black Cohosh and I felt very relieved in my symptoms. I've been taking it for 5-6 months daily now.
