i am taking very high doses of melatonin for sleep and experimental purposes. i want to see if it helps with my movement issues (i have a pineal cyst, which i gather may be an important clue given certain studies), and if it augments low-dose buspirone (like the combination that is apparently currently in trials), but also for sleep.
it's been difficult to keep on a schedule for so many reasons. but sorry, to get to the point...
i need to take over 30 pills of the melatonin a night, are there hazards in doing so? for instance, hazardous contaminants in the pills that according to regulation are regarded as safe at the levels when you take one pill a night, but does the situation change when you take a handful like i am doing?
these are very generic. a completely unknown brand, a bad idea? i am trying to give a local small bilingual pharmacy in my neighbourhood more of my business, as it seems they stand to be hit very hard by current policy changes that are occurring in ontario.
