I have horrible allergies (seemingly worse this year since experiencing anyphylaxis last fall)and the only thing that used to help was taking one of the steroid sprays (flonase etc). Since going through withdrawal to paxil, I no longer tolerate the sprays. So, I am pretty miserable (I currently take Astelin, but can't tolerate a full dose or take it during the day due to tiredness and med sensitivity). I read that Quercitin can be good for allergies, but I also see it in products touting increased energy. To me, increased energy reads increased anxiety, and my anxiety is bad enough, thank you very much!!
So, is quercitin activating??? Has anyone tried it for their allergies??
Thanks much!
