We went into it in a fair amount of detail ( I even went and studies biochem at uni"-), but I don't think all the pathways are as yet "discovered" that you need, and also its just too complicated for me ( and probably most people or computers)..so I gave up.
Sowmehere in this thread I describe my first packet of SAMe and how it really helped but as I tapered off , I fel worst than b4 starting
But It's a great backup.
i think I got more packets and I can't recall, but I think I also had a similar poop out after a couple of months as others. Tried most of that stuff you mention with it I think? Sorry..memory poor now
