Deplin and insurance (depression)

Hi,
I am trying Deplin (l-methylfolate) for treatment resistant depression. My insurance has refused to cover it so far. Not sure if it will work, but if it does, I will appeal the denial...want to get some fodder for the argument.

Has anyone had luck with insurance covering Deplin? If so, what is your carrier?
