Green tea was NOT relaxing to me. Quite the opposite. Tried several brands. Also tried the decaf green tea.

It was unpredictable actually. On several trials I experienced one of these things:
1. Not much.
2. Much worsened depression, no other effect.
3. Much worsened anxiety, no other effect.
4. Outright fullblown panic attack that took Zyprexa to stop.

People like you and me have weird reactions to things. Clinical studies and general population consensus do not take into account the multisystemic malfunctioning of Lyme patients.
