Yeah hydrocortisone is the bomb for inflammation - and agreed at those levels ( 1-20 mgs) its not going to be a problem and they definitely elevate mood.
Bipolars be careful though prednisone ( 4x stronger version of hydrocortisone) has been known to cause mania.
