Both made me anxious which may have been a good sign. At the time I didn't want more anxious. I cannot vouch for anything other than that. They didn't cure me. Most decent bodybuilding protein claims to be undenatured. We've been buying this one from iherb.com:

If you restart the methylation cycle successfully you will probably experience a worsening of symptoms initially. The best way to restore glutatione systhesis is through correcting the methylation cycle:
