I should mention that the other thing I've really 'stuck' with is taurine. Only 500mg in the morning - but it has a great effect on me always.
If you see my other posts I've been having great results with lithium orotate as well. I only take 1 pill a day now.
I still stand by my magnesium (balanced with Ca), zinc (totally indispensable!), B vitamins and a multi.
About Atkins - I follow a much higher fat version than most people - for me fat is key to feeling good, having energy and feeling satiated. I become a complete bitch on high protein. I eat a lot of pork fat, butter, cream, cheese, nuts - meat obviously and vegetables smothered in fat.
These days everybody seems to be doing leaner protein - I think Atkins himself. would have been disappointed to learn this.
