I've tried almost every type and brand and combination of fish oil out there.
Omegabrite
Minami
Nordic Naturals
Carlsons
Health from the Sea
Dr Murrays
much much more.
They all affect me the same and are are high quality.
I just am VERY VERY sensitive to it. I am trying the lowest dosage I could find (thanks Lao Tzu) Eskimo 90epa and 50dha per day and so far i seem to be able to tolerate that little amount.
