has anyone had these covered by insurance?

has anyone tried these and liked them?
im Seriously considering getting one now. and the cheapest one i found that i liked was $181 which is still more than i can afford right now.
i called my insurance and she didn't find that they were being covered. but needed a "procedure code" to be for sure.
